Method of Application :

Proposals in the proforma given the ANNEXURE- A will be invited by the respective NYKS Youth Coordinators and each proposal will need recommendation of the Gram Panchayat /Municipality concerned. Therefore, the Youth Development Centre applications should be screened by the Youth coordinator and got their recommendations/approval either during the meeting of the District Advisory Committee on Youth Programmes or from the following committee as the case may be :
1. Collector/District Magistrate : Chairperson
2. Youth Coordinator : Member Secretary
3. District Public Relation Officer : Member
4. Field Publicity Officer : Member
5. Representative of NSS : Member
6. Representative of voluntary organization working in the field of Youth Work
: Member

These will then be forwarded by the Youth Coordinator along with his/her recommendations, under, intimation to concerned Regional Coordinator and Zonal Director/OSD. Applications sent without following this method will not be considered.
