Management :

The Centre will have a managing Committee elected annually by the members. The Committee will have a minimum of 15 members, out of. which at least 5 would be from 5 youth clubs using the Centers. No youth club can be a member for two consecutive years The represent at ive of 5 youth clubs will be .elected by all youth clubs using the facility.
The Committee will elect from among themselves a President, a General Secretary and a Treasurer.

The Centre will maintain a cashbook and will account for all receipts and payments on daily basis. At the end o( the financial year, the Managing Committee will be responsible to prepare a Receipt and Payment Account, an Income and Expenditure account and a Balance Sheet within the three months of the end of the financial year. The Committee will meet at least once in three months and the proceedings will be recorded and preserved. In all such meetings, the District Youth Coordinator of the Nehru Yuva Kendra will be invited as an observer and at least 15 days notice will be given to him to attend the meeting.
