Management and
Advisory Committees of RITYDC
The RITYDC will have
an Advisory Committee elected annually
by the members. The Committee will have
a minimum of 15 members, out of which
atleast 10 would be from 10 YDCs/Youth
Clubs in the district. No Youth Club can
be a member for two consecutive years.
Youth Coordinator of the concerned district
NYK would be the Chairperson of the Advisory
Committee. The major role of this committee
would be to guide and support the RITYDC
activities.
Besides, the Advisory
Committee, the existing Youth Club/YDC
Executive Body and Members would act as
the Managing Committee of the RITYDC.
They would be responsible to undertake
and manage the day to day activities of
the RITYDC and seek advise from the Advisory
Committee.
The Management Committee
of RITYDC will maintain a cashbook and
will account for all receipts and payments
on daily basis. At the end of the financial
year, the Managing Committee will be responsible
to prepare a Receipt and Payment Account,
an Income and Expenditure account and
a Balance Sheet within three months of
the end of the financial year.
The Committees will meet
at least once in three months and the
proceedings will be recorded and preserved.
In all such meetings, the District Youth
Coordinator of the Nehru Yuva Kendra (who
is the Chairperson of the RITYDC Advisory
Committee) will be informed and invited
with atleast 15 days notice to him/her
to attend the meeting.
