Inspection

From time to time, the District Youth Coordinator, Regional Coordinator or Zonal Director of NYKS will inspect the Rural Information Technology Youth Development Centre. All books of accounts and other records of the Centre should be made available to them. In addition, the Managing Committee will be bound to show them such papers as they may demand. They will also undertake a physical verification of all assets. A report of the inspection will be prepared by the visiting officer within 15 days of his/her inspection and copy of the report will be considered by the committees in their meetings held after the receipt of the report. A copy of the inspection report will also be sent to the NYKS, H.qrs., Zonal and Regional offices as the case may be. In addition to regular inspections by NYKS field officials, the Centre can be inspected by any member of the NYKDACYP, District Selection Committee on RITYDC or an officer nominated by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India and NYKS, H.qrs., New Delhi.
