Eligibility

Only already established Youth Development Centres by district NYK under the scheme of YDC of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India are eligible to apply for Rural Information Technology Youth Development Centre. However, for such a YDC to become a RITYDC and to be financed under the scheme, depends upon its merit, outstanding contributions and achievement of set objectives and expectations mentioned in the YDC scheme; as compared to other eligible YDCs in a district. Therefore, to be considered for RITYDC, the existing YDCs in a district need to apply in the prescribed application form (Annexure-I) to concerned district NYK.
