Other Important Points to be ensured :

a. Before handing over the bank draft of Rs. 30,000/- or Rs. 45,000/- (in case of tribal area village) to Rural Sports Club’s President/Secretary, the scheme should be read thoroughly by them. A copy of the scheme should also be given to them.

b. Before handing over the bank draft to Rural Sports Club’s President/Secretary the receipt/undertaking/certificate should be taken. The copy (s) of the same should be sent to Zonal and Regional office.

c. Rural Sports Club must put the signboard of Sports Club; mentioning Rural Sports Club, Name of the Club, Village, Block, District and Nehru Yuva Kendra

d. Rural Sports Club must send the first report on the establishment of Rural Sports Club immediately to District Nehru Yuva Kendra. Thereafter, Youth Coordinator should visit the Rural Sports Club and must send the establishment information to NYKS concerned Zonal and Regional office who inturn should send the same to NYKS, H.qrs. in a consolidated form.

e. Youth Coordinator must take the photocopies of the Vouchers/Bills of Rs. 30,000/- or Rs. 45,000/- as the case may be alongwith Utilization Certificate (Proforma – B) from RSC Youth Club/Organization for his/her NYK records.
