Derecognition :

Any Rural Sports Club may be de-recognised by the DACYP on the recommendations of the Youth Coordinator/Regional Coordinator/Zonal Director, if it fails to meet its objectives on any of the following grounds :

i. More than 50% of the Youth Club/Organization members and 50% of Executive Body express their dis-satisfaction in writing.

ii. Involvement of Rural Sports Club in Party Politics, Immoral practices, Anti-Social or Anti-National activities (if reported in Youth Coordinators report or otherwise established).

iii. Failure as to maintain proper records, accounts, returns and organization of activities as enlisted in the scheme.

iv. Failure to conduct General Body Elections annually.
