Condition of Grant :

i. The grant will be released in two installments : 75% at the time of sanction and 25% after receipt of :
• The concise performance and achievement report about activities organized and their impact.
• Audited statement of accounts and a Utilization Certificate on the prescribed Proforma (Annexure – B) duly certified by a firm of C.A, approved by the Govt. authorities of the district. This will be submitted to the concerned District NYK who inturn should submit the consolidated Utilization Certificate and report to their concerned Regional Coordinator and Zonal Director. The Zonal Director will send such UCs and reports to NYKS, H.qrs.

ii. The Rural Sports Club should not have avail a similar grant from Govt. of India earlier or should not have received grant under Youth Development Center during the last two financial years.

iii. No one with criminal antecedents should be included in the management of the Rural Sports Club or otherwise.

iv. The subsequent grants of Rs. 5,000/- for two years will be released only after getting a satisfactory report, UCs and recommendations from district NYK Youth Coordinator, Regional Coordinator and Zonal Director. For this purpose, the Rural Sports Club should apply to the district NYK, Youth Coordinator alongwith desired reports, returns and other details. On the basis of final recommendations received from Zonal Director, NYKS, H.qrs., New Delhi may consider the case for release of funds from Department of Youth Affairs and Sports.

v. The Rural Sports Club besides its social and community development activities should devote regular time to promote daily sports activities mentioned under Column
