FINANCIAL PATTERN :

The Ministry will render a one time financial assistance to the tune of Rs. 5,000/- per club. Rs. 2,500/- would be used for recurring expenditure, e.g. payment of rent, purchase of newspapers, stationery and for organising functions, competitions, etc. The remaining amount of Rs. 2,500/- would be used for non-recurring expenditure, e.g. purchase of sports equipments suited to the local needs, purchase of daree, tables, chairs, cultural equipment, etc. as per the local requirement.

The Club shall furnish a utilisation certificate and audited statement of accounts for the grant given to them by the Ministry.
