It is requested that you may please give us the most competitive rates for printing of the Annual Report 2007-2008 as per specification given below. The designed lay out will be provided to you in print ready condition. The Printers, who have submitted their quotations earlier, have to submit a fresh.

No. of Pages : 200 (approx.) + 4 cover

Paper : 120 gsm Art Paper for Text and

250 gsm Indian (Senarmas) Art Paper for cover

Printing : All in 4 colour offset

Others : Lamination matt; perfect binding

No. of copies 1000

Language : Bi-Lingual (Hindi & English)

Please quote your most competitive rates inclusive of all taxes on per page basis for 1000 copies to the undersigned in sealed cover before 27^th of January, 2010. The quotations would be opened on 28^th January 2010 at 11.00 a.m at NYKS, Hqrs, Delhi.
